Restoring to Health Ministries
A Faith-Based Health Ministry & Private Membership Association (PMA)

Declaration of Mission and Intent

We, the undersigned, hereby establish Restoring to Health Ministries, a faith-based, non-statutory
Private Membership Association operating fully in the private domain under the protections of the First,
Fifth, Ninth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution of the United States and corresponding
provisions of the Washington State Constitution.
This Ministry exists to nurture natural, God-given health and compassionate connection through
education, holistic living, and stewardship of creation. All activities and communications are conducted
privately between consenting members and are not open to the general public.

Article I – Name
The name of this association shall be Restoring to Health Ministries, operating as a Faith-Based Health
Ministry PMA that includes and governs the following branches:

1. Restoring to Health with Homeopathy – providing natural, homeopathic, and faith-aligned health
guidance.
2. R2H Health & Education Network – a private learning and community platform, including the
Restoring to Health Facebook group.
3. DoodleDogPNW Holistic Dog Ministry – an outreach of compassionate animal stewardship that
promotes natural rearing and emotional healing through canine companionship.
Article II – Purpose
The purpose of Restoring to Health Ministries is to serve as a private, faith-based community for those
seeking wholeness through natural living, homeopathy, and compassionate service. We hold that
healing is sacred work and that the Creator provided everything needed for health within nature itself.
Our mission is to:
- Teach and support natural and holistic living consistent with divine design.
- Encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual restoration through God’s medicine—nature and
homeopathy.
- Provide a nurturing community for learning and mutual support.
- Care for creation through the ethical, holistic breeding and placement of dogs raised without synthetic
chemicals or vaccines, using natural rearing, herbs, and homeopathic care.
- Promote a lifestyle of simplicity, faith, stewardship, and natural balance.Article III – Legal and Jurisdictional Status
Restoring to Health Ministries is a private, unincorporated, faith-based association existing by right of
free association and private contract. It does not operate in the public domain, nor as a business,
corporation, or public charity. All participation occurs privately between members under these bylaws
and principles.
Article IV – Membership and Participation
1. Participation in the Ministry occurs by voluntary association. Individuals who engage with our
websites, social-media pages, consultations, or offerings thereby acknowledge that they are entering
into a private membership relationship with the Ministry.
2. By using any of our websites, communicating with us, or purchasing any product or service, a person
affirms that they have read and agree to these bylaws and the private nature of this association.
3. Membership may be revoked by the Trustees for conduct that violates the values, privacy, or trust of
the Ministry.
(This clause allows implied membership consent—no separate signed forms needed.)
Article V – Services and Activities
1. Homeopathic & Natural Health Practice – Private consultations, education, and mentoring using
homeopathy and other God-given natural healing modalities.
2. Educational Outreach – Faith-based health education and natural-living support offered through R2H
platforms and online materials.
3. DoodleDogPNW Holistic Dog Ministry – Raising and placing hypoallergenic dogs through holistic,
faith-led natural care: raw feeding, homeopathy, herbal support, and vaccine-free rearing. Each
placement is a private act of ministry, not a public sale.
Article VI – Governance
The Ministry is guided by its Founder and Trustees, who act prayerfully and according to conscience,
compassion, and faith. They may appoint coordinators for specific branches as needed.
Article VII – Privacy and Records
All communications, client information, and transactions of the Ministry are private and confidential.
Records are maintained only as necessary for ministry operation and are never shared with publicagencies or entities without written consent.
Article VIII – Dissolution
Upon dissolution, all remaining assets shall be distributed to another faith-based or natural-health
ministry aligned with these principles.
Membership Acknowledgment
By visiting our websites, engaging on our social-media pages, scheduling a consultation, purchasing a
product, or adopting a dog through DoodleDogPNW, you acknowledge that:
- You are acting as a private member of Restoring to Health Ministries.
- All interactions occur in the private domain under these bylaws.
- Our offerings are expressions of faith and belief, not public medical or veterinary practice.
- You voluntarily accept full responsibility for your own health and decisions.
